UTILITY AND TREATMENT OF GROUNDWATER IN THE UNDERGROUND STORAGE PROJECT

China strategic oil reserves will be mainly adopted of underground storage in the future. Groundwater can play a role in sealing the reservoir environment; sometimes it is necessary to be set up water curtain as assistant. Excessive water seepage of underground will bring about adverse effects to construction and to increase costs during the operation. It is very important for storage construction and the safe and reliable operation to establish feasible scheme of groundwater utility and treatment base on rock and groundwater conditions.
