In the new 21st century the world community of engineering geology is firmly taking the way to serve the sustainable development of our economic society.Focusing on the new orientation of science advancement and the progress obtained in the earth's sciences, a proposal on the "Study of geosphere dynamics, development of non-linear theory and application of technology for observing the earth from space", with hoping in upgrading the scientific level and practical capability of engineering geology.
