RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF AGED-REFUSE

Aged-refuse is defined as a kind of stabilized garbage, which has been buried for years. The special chemical/physical characters of aged-refuse make its future bright, especially in the aspect of environment protection. In this essay, the concept and characteristics of aged-refuse was reviewed. Through outlining its research development in respects of engineering utilization, landfill leachate treating and NOX purring, prospects of advanced utilization of aged-refuse was put forward.
