STABLIITY ANALYSIS OF ROCK PILLAR IN SANSHANDAO GOLD MINE

According to the engineering geological conditions and for design requirement in Sanshandao gold mine,a new method for it of analysis of stability of rock pillar is suggested, since the design size of pillar now is not rational. An effective approach recourse is to raise the loading capacity of pillars is also suggested if the design size is unchanged. Relation between the depth and the length of rock pillar is discussed in detail.
