STUDY ON THE NO-MINING RUPTURE OF COAL MINE SHAFT IN THICK SURFACE SOILS

  • In this paper,the characterics of the rupture of coal mine shaft wall in thick surface soils occured in East China recently are described. The engineering gelogical conditions of rupture of shaft wall are analysed. The parameters of deformation and strength of soil-concrete interaction on the interface of soil and shaft wall are studied. Moreover,regarding the interface of soil and shaft wall as interface elements,using elastic-plastic FEM,the interaction between soil and shaft wall due to the bottom aquifer losing water is modelled, the variation laws of the additional stresses of shaft wall with depth and water lowering of the bottom aquifer are obtained,and the inherent mechanism of the rupture of shaft wall is revealed.
