THEORY AND PRACTICE ON ROCK CLASSIFICATION

This Paper deals with the new advancees in theories and applications of rock classification on the basis of the cited here two international classification systems,and three Chinese rock classifications based on individial properties and a rock classification based on three rock characteristics in connection with real cases,and further discusses the problems on deeper and wider extensions of the rock classification thema.
